White Root Disease has been regarded as the most destructive root disease in Sri Lankan rubber plantations. The Plant Pathology & Microbiology Department is undertaken white root disease survey and also to demonstrate the applicability of new findings demonstration plots are also established enabling the growers to follow up the white root disease management strategies using integrated approaches; Agronomic practices, Chemical controlling practices and biological control practices.
